Improv With Michael

In a festive and encouraging environment, Michael guides young performers through the joys of improvisation!  Workshops are catered to the experience level of the participants.  The fundamentals of improvisation are strengthened while students laugh, play, create characters & situations, and make it up as they go along!  Multiple workshops can lead to a performance!  Available for young improvisers at any level (even beginners)!

Playdate
Building Community Through Improvisation


Break the ice, laugh, make friends, and get to know everyone!  This innovative community fostering activity uses a combination of improvisation, theater, and community building games.  ​Together, we will celebrate everyone’s natural playfulness & creativity as we open the door to new friendships through play.  Laughter and making friends is guaranteed!  Great for school or group activity, youth organizations, parties, events, gatherings, family reunions, and so much more!

Make new friends and get to know each other! Since 1990, I have been directing youth in plays and musicals in many different genres.  Collaboration fills my soul and you will find me quite assertive in soliciting creative input from my cast and crew. I will inject my passion for this creative medium with all of my abundant energies and experience.  Hundreds of youth plays directed with cast members of all ages!  My producing skills are also available!

Practice English
​With Improv!

The perfect event for your youth group or students to practice speaking English!  With a mix of very easy to play ESL and improvisation games, Michael gently guides your group using their natural creativity.  No experience necessary!  Just a willingness to laugh, play, have fun, and get to know your fellow group members.  All in a supportive and encouraging environment.  Workshop will be catered to your group's level of speaking English.  Great for groups & students of any age!
